Real Estate Services and Representation
The Site provides general real estate information. Browsing the Site, registering for an account, or contacting us through the Site does not create an agency or client relationship. Any representation relationship is created only by a separate written agreement between you and Carolina One Real Estate.

Listing information on the Site is provided through the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program of the local multiple listing service. Listings shown may be held by brokerages other than Carolina One Real Estate.
Listing information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed. It may contain errors and is subject to prior sale, change, or withdrawal without notice. Details such as square footage, lot size, school assignments, HOA fees, and flood zone designations should be independently verified. Listing information is provided for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than identifying properties consumers may be interested in buying.
The property search pages may also display additional disclaimers required by the multiple listing service. Those disclaimers apply along with these Terms.
Home Values, Market Reports, and Calculators
Home value estimates provided through the Site are estimates only. They are not appraisals and should not be relied on for lending, insurance, or legal purposes.
